Austria is famous for its schnapps production, and there’s none finer than here in Vorarlberg. The local Prinz distillery in Hörbranz offers a unique behind-the-scenes look of how their spirit is produced. Visitors are able to watch master distillers at work and gain fascinating insights into the fine art of distillation. They’ll see what types of raw materials are used and where they come from, and learn about the distillation and storage processes. And of course, there’s also the opportunity to sample the liqueurs for yourself and take your favourites home with you from the distillery’s shop.
