Milk and dairy products have been produced on this farm for four generations, but in recent years it has developed into a company of considerable size, specialising in goat's milk products. Whey is a healthy by-product of cheese production which Metzler use to produce natural cosmetics. Their signature products are developed and produced in-house in a newly built production hall. Also on-site is a dairy school offering interested parties an introduction to the cheese-making process. A guided tour here provides an insight into the local production methods and how this successful family business is inspired by nature. With wonderful countryside views all around, visitors are invited to taste all the farm's own delicacies. A visit to the farm shop is also a must!
